This DC to DC step down controller will step down the voltage from a 24V nominal battery to a lower voltage load. It can handle resistive or inductive loads with high inrush currents. The unit is current limited and has a low voltage disconnect to protect the battery.
The unit will regulate at a constant 12V which is factory default (can be adjusted afterward). By adding "Rxx" to the end of the part number, where "xx" is the regulation voltage, the unit can be set at the factory for a specific output voltage. Output voltage range can be anywhere between 5V to approximately the input voltage.
